For all appointments, a non-refundable $75 booking fee is required to schedule an appointment. This is a “rollover” deposit and will continue to roll over to protect the next appointment. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once. This one-time reschedule is a courtesy as long as it is done within our 48-hour window policy. A new booking fee will be required for patients who provide less than 48-hour notice. Any no-shows will result in a no-show charge of $180 or 50% of the cost of treatment service and may not be allowed to rebook.

A credit card will be required to hold the appointment for first-time patients & booking fee will be made at the time of scheduling. Payment for treatment service will not be made until the end of the appointment.

NEW PATIENT REQUIREMENTS:

1) Facial Harmony - Must agree to Full Face & Skin Recommendations. Your face ages as a whole, so we are to assess and treat it as such. This will help your results look natural and undetectable.

2) Commitment Accountability - We understand unexpected things come up, and we do allow a one time rescheduling opportunity. Any no-shows, multiple cancellations, will result it a fee & we will not be able to reschedule you.

3) Photos & Media - Must agree to photos and if selected, possibly be posted. Our practice prides itself in achieving natural looking results with our work to show for it. You agreeing helps someone else with their self care journey.

4) $75 NONREFUNDABLE booking fee - made at the time of scheduling. This is a “roll over” deposit & will continue to protect the next appt. If you cancel at anytime, a new deposit will be required to book a new appt. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once. This is a one time reschedule is a courtesy as long as it is done within 48 hours of the appt. After the 48hr window, a new booking deposit will be required. No calls/no-shows will be charged 50% of the service and will not be allowed to rebook.
